Second CSH Level 4 Live Project Achieved!
South Cadbury is a CSH Level 4 scheme comprising of three bungalows. By using the fully closed wall panel for the super structure the building achieved a 'U' value 0.15W/m²K, impressive air permeability test results of between 2.41 and 2.90m³/h/m² and excellent sound tests with an improvement over Building Regulations of 10-12dB. We work in partnership with Clients to help them to gain the optimum CSH rating, by combining varying timber frame options with renewable technology.
