Combining the benefits of conventional timber frame, our high performance closed panel ensures quality, speed and productivity on site. This is achieved by installing many components such as windows, doors, insulation, gypsum wall boards, service outlets etc. in the factory that would normally be fitted on site. Various options are available to provide superior insulated performance as low as 0.15W/m2K or better if required.

Timber Framed Floor Panels

Fast Quality floors - guarantees a safe working deck

FP:01 Open Panel Floor

  • Structural Sectional Floor Panels utilising either solid timber or engineered joists provide fast quality floors which is a safe working deck. Floor cassettes come with a range of sheet material options and factory prepared service routes.

FP:02 Closed Panel Floor

  • Utilising the same structural FP:01 panel, the closed floor panel is factory fitted with insulation between the joists for suspended ground floor construction supported by a retention membrane.

RP:01 Open Panel Roof

APS Roof Panels combine established roof construction details, engineered off-site, using 'State of the Art' CAD design, to produce sectional panels that ensures fast assembly of a watertight superstructure, that permits the earliest commencement of follow-on trades. The added benefit of this technology is a clear span roof, which provides flexibility and can either provide accommodation within the initial design, or with potential for easy future conversion.

RP:02 Closed Panel Roof

  • Utilising the structural RP:01 panel, the closed panel has various factory fitted options such as the installation of insulation and ceiling finishes providing even more on-site productivity, with many health and safety benefits.
